Senior Product Manager

Job Description

As the Senior Product Manager you will own and continually enhance EveryPlate’s core product offering and customer experience. You will maximise customer satisfaction, loyalty and sustainable revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency and cost discipline.

• Define and execute a customer-centric product strategy that deepens choice, convenience and value across the weekly menu.
• Translate customer insights and data into actionable product improvements, refining recipe variety, quality and personalisation features.
• Lead cross functional discussions (Culinary, Procurement, Operations, Tech, Marketing) to scope, prioritise and launch product initiatives on time and within budget.
• Run iterative product experiments (e.g., new menu formats, preference settings, merchandising tactics) and scale successful concepts.
