• Conduct reformulations as needed due to raw material changes, regulatory updates, supply constraints, quality improvements, or cost optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate alternative ingredients and processing methods while maintaining product integrity and sensory attributes.
• Perform product trials, validations, and technical assessments during reformulation activities.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations based on trial outcomes and data analysis.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams and provide technical support as needed.
• Manage and maintain existing/core product formulations to ensure consistent quality, performance, and compliance.
