What You Will DoLead design for a product area or major feature set Drive usability, consistency, and end-to-end experience quality Work with PMs/Engineers to deliver outcomes aligned with business goals Conduct user research (interviews, discovery, usability tests) Design next-generation UI/UX leveraging generative AI Tools: Figma, Notion, Jira, Miro, Adobe CC, Cursor, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, OpenAI API
RequiredExperience as design lead 3+ yrs in web product UI/UX Experience using generative AI for prototyping / workflow Hands-on UX research experience
