Senior Product Designer, Design Systems

As Senior Product Designer, Design Systems, you will take ownership over the maintenance and evolution of the AgencyAnalytics design system (DS), taking an AI-native approach to DS workflow design and documentation, collaborating with the Staff FE Engineer, other designers and developers, and other stakeholders to ensure its effective development and implementation. You will work cross-functionally to align the design system with design and product development objectives, work within technical constraints, help to streamline design efforts across teams, enable and facilitate the use of AI in DS maintenance and evolution, and foster consistent, high-quality user experiences.
