ROLE OBJECTIVE
This person will play a key role in understanding how users interact with our SaaS products and how new features impact customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
The Senior Product Data Analyst focuses on analyzing product and user behavior data (not financial or purely business reporting), generating actionable insights that help the Product Management team prioritize, improve, and validate the roadmap.
