About the Role
Responsibilities:
Analyze RFQs and identify material procurement needs. Develop and execute cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with project goals. Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to manage budgets and optimize spending. Source, evaluate, and finalize suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability. Conduct quality checks and ensure supplier compliance. Coordinate with Finance for supplier payments. Manage supplier approvals and maintain supplier performance evaluations. Support and implement QHSSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) within procurement activities. Promote a culture of health, safety, environment, and quality compliance. Report QHSSE risks and ensure adherence to standards and KPIs.
