Key Responsibilities:-Start-up and shutdown of plastic injection molding machines, ensuring all subsystems are operational.-Debug and troubleshoot injection molding process problems to enhance part quality and yields.-Adjust process parameters and recommend improvements to the Molding Process Engineer or department managers.-Document any changes made from tolerance and ensure proper communication with appropriate personnel.-Transfer current processes between presses when needed.-Monitor all processes related to assigned presses to ensure smooth and efficient operati...
