About the Role

 Job Description: 
The role of Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist is to act as a business partner who works closely with middle management, understands business priorities, proposes and implements improvement projects/initiatives which support successful achievement of strategic goals and objectives.
Tasks and responsibilities:﻿
Support to build and strengthen continuous improvement culture within ISSC
Work with operations teams and drive process improvements that quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality, and service,
Cooperation with ISSC units and teams and other process stakeholders, e.g. Global Process Owner, Business Change Managers, RPA, PA in the scope of improvement activities,
Track and report continuous improvement projects,
Assist process transition to operations and participate in SLA review,
