• Analyze and evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement in safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to maximize production output while minimizing energy consumption and environmental impact.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the viability and safety of proposed process modifications or new installations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, engineer, and implement process improvements, including equipment upgrades, procedural changes, and automation solutions.
