SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER / PROCESS ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the SMT manufacturing processes.
- Identify and fix production problems to improve efficiency and quality.
- Analyze defects and fix issues to improve product yield.
- Track key production data (e.g., yield rates, defects) and report on performance.
- Work with other teams like engineering, quality control, and production to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead process improvement projects and help launch new products smoothly.
Qualifications
- More than 5 years working experience in process. Strong understanding of SMT and PCBA processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve processes.
- Experience with SMT process and quality standards.
- Good at analyzing data and making improvements.
- Strong communication skills to work with other teams.
