Senior Process Engineer

JOB PURPOSE

This position is responsible for execution of key improvement programs to improve product quality, prevent customer complaints, increase overall process yield, generate systems and procedure, and perform qualification of new process, material and equipment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. PROCESS YIELD IMPROVEMENT (To improve process yield, monitor and identify opportunities to reduce scrappage and define appropriate improvement actions)

• Manages daily issues and defines actions that prevent recurrence
• Provides technical support to Production in the analysis and disposition of non-conforming lots and equipment, whenever necessary
• Plans and execute MSA requirements to capture yield hitters

2. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT (To introduce better processes and/or support short lead time to market products to customers; to support business objectives on cost and manufacturing excellence)
