Your Job
The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for delivering and sustaining good quality connectors to achieve high productivity with zero defects. This position will be lead the improvement and debug of matured & new product issues, coordinating with the transfer & design team.
The leadership of projects on product transfers, adding capacity, new tooling/jig and qualification.
What You Will Do
- Mass production assembly process efficiency & quality continual improvement by individuals and teams
- Lead in analyzing and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce scrap and maintain product quality
- Deal with customer complaints with MQA engineer and provide short & long-term terms correct action and preventive action
- Troubleshooting and tooling/jig maintenance responsibilities clearly and concisely
