Senior Process Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To Design and develop new process or improve existing ones to meet production goals and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that process designs align with overall projects objectives.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and increase productivity. To analyze data, conduct experiments and use simulation tools to optimize process parameters.
• Prepare the testing materials and programing, optimizing functional test design.
• Design and research for functional test and failure analysis, prompt response of quality issue regarding internal and external.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions for yield and quality improvement
• Perform risk assessment and identify technical challenges,provide technical solution and guidance to ensure production success in daily tasks
