About the Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and maintain a framework to document, standardize, and align business processes with strategic goals.

Analyze and map existing processes to identify inefficiencies, redesign “to-be” processes, and implement improvements.

Lead process improvement initiatives, manage change effectively, and ensure smooth implementation across teams.
