About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer/Principal Engineer, you will be part of a team of engineers that is responsible to design, develop and supporting client facing applications of PrismHR HCM SaaS solution built on modern technology stack.
The system currently supports over 2 million worksite employees and processes over 80 billion in annual payroll.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, Quality and DevOps engineers, and Engineering Managers to continuously deliver value to our customers.
Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality code and features with a high degree of ownership Ensure code quality through use of software engineering best practices including code reviews, unit testing, peer programming etc.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
