Senior Principal Consultant, Workday Integrations

About the Role

As a Workday Integration Senior Principal Consultant, you will work with both business and technical teams. Provides support to Implementation projects, Continuous Value Services (CVS), Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements across different region. This resource typically reports to a Manager level position within the Delivery organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off

• Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions

• Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs following Cognizant Workday Practice (CWP) Methodology
