Your Responsibilities

• Aggregate the pipelines of global IT demand to build a portfolio based on a good understanding of business objectives.
• Develop an approach to prioritize and re-prioritize the global IT portfolio, accurately reflecting the dynamic Olympus business environment and technology trends.
• Design decision criteria for strategic portfolio decisions aligned with the organization's strategy.
• Provide advice for the development of business cases for projects and programs that are part of the global IT portfolio.
• Operate the governance framework for all global programs and projects in the IT portfolio in alignment to delivery standards and policies.
• Develop a tracking and reporting mechanism, including the setting of project KPIs, to ensure all parties are on track with project delivery focusing on quality, cost, and delivery.
