**Position Overview**
We are seeking a Senior Platform Support Engineer to join the Platform Services and Emerging Technology's Developer Enablement DevRel group. The mission of Developer Enablement is to help internal developers build, test, deploy, and operate high-quality applications efficiently by providing reliable platforms, clear guidance, and hands-on technical support.
The DevRel Support team works closely with internal engineering teams to unblock development, improve developer experience, and ensure effective adoption of Autodesk’s shared platforms and tooling, including CloudOS, CI/CD systems, deployment platforms, and observability solutions. We promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and self-service enablement so developers can take ownership of their work and deliver with confidence....
