Senior Platform Reliability Engineer

The position reports to the
Head, DevSecOps and Infrastructure Modernization

Job Overview:

As a Senior Platform Reliability Engineer (Databases), you are accoutable for the
end-to-end reliability, recoverability and lifecycle management
of TIME's database platforms

This role goes beyond traditional DBA responsibilities. You will treat databases as production platforms that must recover
predictably under failure
, not just perform well during normal operations.

You are the
single technical owner for database availability, backup, restore, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR)
outcomes, and you will engineer these capabilities to work In real Incident conditions, not just on paper.
