Senior Planning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination for a large-scale institutional construction project near Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project timelines, cost controls, and resource planning are effectively managed and aligned with contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Scheduling
Prepare detailed baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project .
Develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) aligned with project scope.
Create manpower histograms, resource loading plans, and cash flow projections.
Establish project milestones in line with contractual requirements.
2. Monitoring & Control
Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against baseline schedules.
Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery plans.
Identify critical path activities and suggest mitigation measures.
