长期产能分析，针对未来12个月-5年的预测和生产情况，进行产能规划和相应的库存准备. Work out the long term 12 months to 5 years capacity analysing and planning, and make estimation for inventory outlook.
根据生产能力,客户需求和库存水平要求制定生产计划；Work out the production planning according to capacity &Customer demand & stock level requirement.
把月生产计划转化成合理的周生产计划和日生产计划， 需要考虑到实际生产的可执行性和有效性，减少不必要的切换和浪费. Manage monthly production to weekly and daily plan and minimize the waste in capacity and cost.
跟踪每日，每周和月生产计划的执行情况，记录差异并分析原因. Keep tracking on production execution and analyse the variance between execution and plan.
确认成品的有货日期，并配合订单处理部门完成客户订单交期确认。Confirm material available date and work with customer service team to make the customer order commitment.
