Senior Planner (Data Center)

Overview

Prior experience in construction of Data Center.

Responsibilities

• Compilation of all necessary information for tenders, monthly reports and presentation for both internal purpose and client.
• Construction planning and liaising with clients, building and facility contractors.
• Coordinate and liaison with subcontractors and authorities in relation to planning and programming matters for the various interface that exist on the project.
• Liaison with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and liaise with project team to update the Detailed Works Programme.
• Maintain Consultants and Vendors drawing progress with Document Controller.
• Prepare programme and other detailed information necessary for substantiating claims and provision with regards to planning and programming to the commercial department.
