As a Senior Perfect Store Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the Perfect Store strategy to deliver best-in-class, category‑leading in‑store excellence. You will drive superior retail fundamentals across channels – ensuring our brands win at the point of purchase through strong visibility, availability, impactful shopper activation, and flawless execution.

You will translate commercial, category, and shopper insights into clear retail execution standards and scalable playbooks – enabling field teams to consistently deliver high‑quality in‑store performance.

This role works cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Category Planning, Customer Teams, and external partners to design and implement impactful in‑store strategies aligned with brand and customer growth priorities.
