Job Description
As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you will lead and optimise end-to-end People Operations processes to support a high-performing, engaged workforce. You play a critical role in delivering a consistent, compliant, and people-centred employee experience while driving continuous improvement, digitalisation, and scalable ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day delivery of People Operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring high-quality execution, compliance with local employment legislation, and alignment with global standards.
Drive the simplification, standardisation, and digitalisation of People Operations processes, leveraging Workday to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
