About the Role
Minimum of a First Degree in Humanities or Law, or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an equivalent position. Proven strong employment relations experience in a big operation. Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating reports, presentations, and documentation.
Collaborate with the Unit Head to design and implement strategies that enhance team effectiveness and service delivery.
Develop tailored business proposals and follow up to close new business opportunities.
Review contracts, appointment letters, and other legal documents to make recommendations that ensure compliance and protect business interests.
Design and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) for clients to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
