Senior People Analytics Engineering

What You'll Do We are seeking a Senior People Analytics Consultant to join our People Analytics team. In this role, you will move beyond transactional reporting to proactively diagnose trends, uncover insights, and develop predictive and prescriptive analytics that shape our workforce strategy and overall employee experience. You will partner closely with People & Culture leaders, business leaders, and Finance to translate complex data into clear narratives, recommendations, and scenario-based insights that inform people programs and executive decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with strategic curiosity and business acumen.
