As a senior specialist within our P&C Advisory function, you will play a critical role in delivering professional, pragmatic, and high-quality people advisory support across the business. With a strong focus on employee relations (ER), you will lead a high-volume portfolio of cases end-to-end and act as a trusted escalation point for managers and fellow P&C Advisors.
