Senior Payroll Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for 2,000 local and foreign employees across 5 companies. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, LHDN), and close coordination with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.

Payroll Processing

• Collect, verify, and process attendance and overtime records.
• Prepare monthly payroll for 2,000 employees across multiple entities.
• Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Manage payroll for both local and foreign workers, adhering to relevant labor laws.

Compliance & Statutory

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, LHDN).
• Prepare and submit statutory reports and payments on time.
