About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Payroll Manage r for our client in Barcelona.
Our client is an Accounting and HR services firm.
You will be responsible for managing payroll , having the following responsibilities:
Autonomous full payroll management
Drafting employment contracts
Administrative personnel management (affiliations, de-registrations, sick leave, end of contract settlements, etc.)
Collecting and entering all payroll data fro
Producing, checking, and validating payslips
Preparing and filing social security contributions and taxes (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Communicating with clients to assist them in payroll management and respond to their HR related questions
Supporting the HR consultants with all payroll related matters (e.g., implementing new insurance schemes, advising on legal minimum wages, comparing collective bargaining agreements, etc.)
