About the Role
Manages the direct day-to-day contact with our customers, delivers sales and customer support and ensures order fulfillment to increase customer satisfaction and build long term profitable relationships_
Your responsibilities
- Directly manage the response, follow-up, and/or status updates in the ERP system for Regular Opex Opportunities, including the reception of opportunities, proposal preparation, submission to the client, and subsequent follow-up to obtain the Purchase Order.
- Ensure the correct registration of the Purchase Order (PO) in the Epicor System, creating the corresponding shared folder.
- Ensure revenue generation and backlog date updates for each of the accounts under your responsibility.
- Supervise the proper handling of Purchase Orders by the Procurement Team.
- Manage the cataloging of required products.
- Provide royalty amounts to the T&L team.
