About the Role

Our Latam Driver Operations team works in close collaboration with in-market regional teams and is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution for all driver-facing operations across Latin America. We are seeking a sharp, results‑oriented, and highly motivated individual with a blend of project management, analytical ability, and agile problem‑solving skills to operationalise processes in a fast‑paced environment.

In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and deliver targets for Driver Growth across Latam markets, collaborating closely with key regional and cross‑functional stakeholders in Central Operations, Global Product, Community Operations, and Marketing.
