About the Role

 In this role you will:
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for all requests or submitted documents, using various applications 

Support various mid-office functions and ensure superior service is provided to Scotiatrust, Private Investment Counsel, and Canadian Wealth Management branches while working closely with internal and external groups that support these businesses

Assist management in the development and delivery of innovative solutions and improved processes, to allow the businesses to focus on client service and business growth

Provide exceptional client service support on Client Onboarding related queries by remaining current and informed on existing and new industry regulations and firm policies and procedures

Ensure the effective delivery of operational and administrative support to Canadian Wealth Management branches
