Senior Operations Manager

Overview

The Senior Operations Manager for Estates Technical Services (ETS) provides a professional, technically competent, and operationally resilient service to Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust and all contracted partner organisations. The role ensures that the Trust's estate is safe, compliant, well-maintained, and supported by a capable and effectively managed operational workforce across mechanical, electrical, and building disciplines. The post holder leads the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities across the Trust estate, ensuring all statutory, regulatory, and legislative requirements are met. Working closely with the Head of Estates, Deputy Head of Estates, and senior estates officers (including Authorised Persons), the Senior Operations Manager ensures maintenance activities are delivered to the required standards, recorded accurately, and used to inform future planning and risk reduction.
