What We're Looking For:
• Strong ability to plan and execute collection strategies
• Hands-on in performance management, not just reporting
• Experience in:
Portfolio segmentation
Contact strategy planning
Coaching and performance calibration
Comfortable working closely with Operations, QA, Dialer, and WFM
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to improve penetration and saturation
• Ensure full account coverage and optimal contact frequency
• Monitor performance trends and take corrective actions
• Translate metrics into clear, actionable plans for the team
• Actively participate in execution, coaching, and continuous improvement
