Job Description
The Senior Operations Manager provides strategic oversight of commercial geochemistry laboratory operations. This role leads initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Manager aligns laboratory performance with organizational goals and fosters cross-functional collaboration.
Provides strategic oversight and planning for laboratory services
Manages larger, more complex budgets and resource allocation across multiple areas
Oversee multiple laboratory departments and teams 
Develops and implements high-level laboratory policies, strategies, and long-term operational plans
Mentors and develop Laboratory Managers and other senior staff
