Key Responsibilities

INCOME GENERATION

• To monitor that the mall will lead to performance that meets desired goals in generating sustained income and profits as well as managing cost effectively.

• To ensure that the mall comply with operational directions from the top management that have effective strategic implications on cost, income and profits in order that the regional objectives are met.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

• To monitor implementation of strategies and initiatives that will enhance property values including regional/strategic actions related to property management including amenities, utilities and equipment, security, warehousing and such other areas that will impact on the actual operations of the malls within the region for the purpose of enhancing shareholders’ value.

LEASE MANAGEMENT
