Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Operations Management within BPO, Customer Experience, or related industries
- Proven experience in managing multiple teams and large-scale operations
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
