Senior Operations

We are looking for a planning-focused operations leader who can build structure, improve inventory health, and protect margin as we grow.

You will design and lead a structured planning system that ensures:

• Accurate demand forecasting
• Ingredient-level material planning
• Healthy inventory turnover
• Strong gross margin discipline
• Stable production flow

This is a planning-first role, not just factory supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Forecasting & S&OP

• Build and maintain 6–9 month rolling demand forecast (DTC + retail)
• Lead weekly and monthly S&OP meetings with Commercial and Finance
• Model promotional uplift and seasonality impact
• Improve forecast accuracy across SKUs

2. Materials Planning (Critical)

• Develop ingredient-level MRP based on BOM explosion
