The Opportunity

We are a premier UK-based live music agency looking for a high-caliber Operations Executive to serve as the backbone of our business. This is not a task-based assistant role; it is a position for a seasoned professional who can manage complex workflows, liaise with senior stakeholders, and maintain operational excellence with minimal supervision.

We are looking for a Right Hand who can anticipate needs, manage the Director’s priorities, and ensure our events and finances are handled with surgical precision.

Critical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations, Executive Support, or high-end BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) management roles.

Communication: Near-native English fluency (written and verbal). You must be confident representing the agency on video calls with UK clients and industry partners.
