About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Opera Cloud Analyst to support a large-scale, global transformation initiative within a leading international hospitality organization. This Senior Opera Cloud Analyst will play a key part in migrating from Opera V5 to Opera Cloud PMS across an extensive portfolio of international hotel properties.
This role will play a critical part in supporting hotels during system cutovers and providing advanced post-go-live support during a dedicated stabilization period following migration.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Opera PMS environments and experience supporting enterprise-level deployment or system migration initiatives.
