Responsibilities
- To manage the industrialization of new products according to the New Products Development - NPI Guide.
- To manage product transfers according to the New Products Development - STP Guide.
- To manage VAVE project according to the VAVE Guide.
- To lead the Project Management Council of the Plant.
- Set up and follow the industrial project organization (team, budget, schedule, cost, risk...)
- Manage the industrial project team: process, test, quality, and production according to the NPI/STP/VAVE guides.
- Monthly/weekly review project status.
- Monthly monitor KPI goals such as % on Schedule,...
