Overview 
The Senior Network Engineer role will support the performance, stability, and technical support of the organisation’s network infrastructure. This role is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing innovative network technology solutions to ensure the network meets both current and future needs. Key accountabilities include maximising network uptime, managing incidents, supporting business units to minimise downtime, and providing technical expertise in resolving infrastructure issues. The position acts as the primary escalation point for third parties regarding network support, generates network designs for IT projects, and ensures operations are managed within established service levels.
