Work full time across Pakistan to support planning, design, and implementation of network infrastructure integrating Cisco, Juniper, and other products for Arwen’s clients.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in deployments across Pakistan.
• Create HLD (High‑Level Design) and LLD (Low‑Level Design).
• Open and handle JTAC and Cisco TAC cases.
• Create BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for Cisco and Juniper products.
• Work with the enterprise‑level architecture team to implement network configurations (subnet, VLAN, VOIP, VPN, wireless LAN).
• Network design, integration, optimisation, and migration.
• Provide engineering support for troubleshooting.
• Resolve connectivity problems, outages, or performance degradations.
• Work with team members to identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues related to integration.
