Responsibilities
- Support enterprise network engineering functions, WAN/LAN optimization, and modernization.
- Provide advanced SD-WAN support and multi-path routing optimization.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents.
- Develop HLDs, LLDs, engineering standards, and migration strategies.
- Support secure, cloud-integrated, and identity-based network architecture.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5+ years experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- CCNP Enterprise required.
- Certifications such as CCIE, PCNSE, Zscaler, or ITIL are preferred.
- Advanced troubleshooting across routing, switching, WAN optimization, and SD-WAN.
