About the Role
1 - 2 days per week in the Toronto office.
Desired skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network and cloud infrastructure in distributed environments
- Strong experience with routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), next-generation firewalls, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and DNS
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS networking, including hybrid connectivity models.
- Experience with enterprise wireless and switching technologies (Juniper, Aruba or similar).
- Familiarity with IT service management processes (incident, change, problem management).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AZ-700, or ITIL are considered an asset.
