Key Responsibilities 

·     Provide technical and architectural leadership to engineering teams. 

·     Design and review scalable solutions for network testing and automation. 

·     Guide engineers in L2/L3 networking testing activities. 

·     Define automation strategies and optimize test frameworks. 

·     Identify opportunities to integrate AI-based automation and intelligent workflows. 

·     Guide teams on usage and implementation of AI tools and platforms. 

·     Support engineers in solving complex technical and architectural challenges. 

·     Review system design, code quality, and technical implementation. 

·     Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and customers. 

·     Mentor engineers and improve technical capabilities of the team.
