Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

Evaluate, investigate, and resolve customer-reported issues that cannot be handled at L1 level, performing in-depth technical analysis across the Workbench application and platform.
Replicate, validate, and diagnose defects in test environments, contributing directly to bug fixing and the delivery of stable patches using Python, .NET, React, and C#.
