- Process Automation Design and Implementation:- Improve operational efficiency and reliability by developing and implementing advanced process automation systems.
- Developing, programming, and testing control systems, including PLC, SCADA, and DCS.
- Ensure smooth integration of automated solutions with existing processes and systems.
- Aids in troubleshooting of electrical and controls components, motors and VFDs.
- Develops and aids with department processes to support Kaizen initiatives.
- Develops and executes trials and experiments and writes detailed technical reports.
- Lead and manage automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
