About the Role
Responsibilities
- Source for prospective clients for secured lending products through business alliances such as lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents and any other partner‑in‑sales.
- Collaborate and work alongside branches to improve referrals and cross‑sales activities.
- Ensure adherence to responsible selling guideline and structure proposed solution that meets client’s financial needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of end‑to‑end application process and submission of sales / pipeline management reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve satisfactory net promoter score.
- Keep abreast with updated product information, market changes and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the management for appropriate action.
