Aim of the job:

To assist Mill Manager to ensure compliance with all Company operating policies, procedures and standing instructions

Main responsibilities and activities:

1. To Ensure all mill machines are all maintained for optimum operation of the processes
2. Supervise technicians too perform scheduled maintenance, repairs and installation of parts and machines
3. Prepare everyday report and ensure engineers log book is filled for proper shift handover
4. Comply with all the quality standard practised in the mill
5. Implement preventive maintenance program for all plant and machineries
6. Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
